01
Natural stone look, without grout lines.
The floor panels are installed tightly together using a click-lock system, eliminating grout lines like tiles. This results in a seamless floor appearance, is easy to clean, and reduces the problem of stains accumulating in the grout lines.
Important information:
The floor still has natural seams between the planks due to the Click Lock system, so it is not a seamless floor. (100%)
02
Flooring can be laid over the existing floor once the floor condition has passed inspection.
It can be installed over existing tile or hard flooring, provided the existing floor is smooth, dry, firm, clean, free of loose tiles, and without moisture problems.
Before installation:
If the floor is uneven, has deep grooves, or is wavy, it must be repaired and leveled first to prevent damage to the click-lock mechanism and reduce noise from the floor later.
03
More comfortable to the touch than hard stone or tile floors.
The IXPE layer provides cushioning and reduces foot traffic noise to some extent, resulting in a warmer and more flexible feel compared to hard stone or tile in the same environment.
Actual results:
It depends on the original floor structure, the flatness of the floor, and the installation method.
04
SPC cores are water-resistant and not susceptible to termite infestation.
Spilled water from everyday use can be wiped clean without causing the SPC core to swell, unlike materials with wood fibers.
Caution:
Water should be wiped up immediately and not allowed to pool or seep under the floor, as this may cause moisture buildup, odors, or problems with the original flooring.
05
Dry installation helps reduce area downtime.
The Click Lock system eliminates the need for adhesive and grout, reducing the wet steps in installation. It's ideal for home, condo, office, restaurant, and shop renovations where dust control and time management are crucial.
Actual duration:
The cost depends on the size of the area, the original floor condition, furniture relocation, and floor leveling work.
